The Firm has a large practice defending retail and other businesses in cases involving slip/trip/fall, other dangerous conditions, drownings, negligent security and certain personal injury claims including defamation, false arrest, sexual molestation and other miscellaneous claims against the owners of real estate and the businesses they operate.
